"Horrible experience. The owner is rude. They technicians don’t know what they’re doing. She has to help them. I ended up being there for 3 hours for a pedicure and gel manicure. They filed my skin. My fingers are inflamed and red. One girl just gloves the gel on top of my nails. Looked like bubbles. The owner had to come fix it and was not nice about it. Said they closed at 7 and this was now an inconvenience. Then charged $154.85 for the pedicure and manicure. They are out their minds. She said I should’ve asked what her prices are. Never in my wildest thoughts would I have thought $154. Don’t give them your business. They are rude and inexperienced."

"This is the second time that they overcharged my credit card by $10. I went in to talk to them and they said that after you pay the amount that they gave you and give a tip THEN later on they add on tax ($5.00) and a fee (4.00) for using your credit card. How can they charge you one price that you sign for and afterwards tack on an additional amount without showing that to you in your receipt? SCAM! They told me that is how everyone does it and I left with no resolve. I’ll go somewhere else that actually knows how to run a business."

"Excellent experience! This was the best manicure and pedicure that I have ever received! The staff are friendly, accommodating, and professional. Their salon is always clean and they take their time to make sure every part of your appointment is perfect. This is exactly what I wanted and was looking for in a high quality salon and spa. It’s a very relaxing environment from the calming spa music to the added complementary massage. Their attention to detail and their customer service makes this salon special and stand out from the rest! I know recently that this salon changed management and they successfully upgraded a great salon into an outstanding one! They always do a beautiful job on my nails. I have gotten both regular polish and gel polish, as well as designs, and they all last for a long time and look amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on them! I can tell that this salon will continue to perfect and enhance their services. I highly recommend this salon and I will definitely continue to make all of my appointments here!"

"They rushed through a gel manicure while I was sitting n the chair getting an overpriced organic pedicure. The foot massage was great but the nail technician came over and did a gel manicure at the same time doing the pedicure. So I was leaning over in the chair while he a dry manicure and left cuticles that had to be trimmed afterwards. Very poor spa experience for $105. Very unprofessional."

"Poor Value, professionalism, and quality all of it poor. I had the regular pedicure for $30. The man barely scrubbed my heels. When I asked if he could scrub more, he said no. My heels don't look or feel any different. He asked to get paid. Then he stood next to me until I gave him a tip. I do not recommend Vogue."
