"I regularly get Gel manicures at U nails. Usually they come out very good and the girls are kind. Recently I went to a manicure appointment with my cousin and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. The women was rude, kept telling me to stop moving. Rushed so fast through the manicure, and even faster when she painted them! Sat me down in front of the drying fan and left me there. Never checked my nails. They still smudged. Extremely disappointed, will not be back because of this experience. Either good or terribly service."

"Edit: these nails started chipping after 1 day. I was absolutely devastated having chipped nails for my best friends wedding that happened 1 day after I got my nails done. My 10 year old daughter received the SAME gel manicure at FULL PRICE and they were completely fallen off by day 4. I know a child’s nails is not going to stay as long as mine but I paid $100 with tips only to have them chip and fall off within days. I’m on the hunt for a new nail salon again This place is unlike any other I’ve tried around town. They really take the time to do your nails beautifully and I’ve never been dissatisfied. "Not great from the start. No one believed me that my nails were real. Sanded my nails down so far they went through one and broke it. Cut two of my cuticles, I was bleeding and appeared to just ignore it until the end. Was rough with the cuts so they kept reopening. If they nails came out better I would give two stars but I’m not even happy with them."
