Chipotle Mexican Grill

"It seems like everybody who works here has never eaten a burrito bowl before. All my ingredients were separated out and put next to each other in my bowl rather than being placed on top of each other. Usually chipotle workers drain the beans briefly before putting them onto the bowl; this guy did not and so my whole bowl tasted like bean juice. Also the portion sizes were insanely small, I got a half scoop of tofu. There was also no one in line behind me so it’s not like there was any rush on this order. Just plain bad customer service , actually the worst burrito bowl I’ve ever had a chipotle it was kind of impossible to eat."

"I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla with sourcream and rice on the side— I got a bowl with barbacoa and an unsettling amount of sour cream. It was quite literally oozing out of the container. Actually looked vile."

"I didn't remember that this was a Chipotle that I had been to a few times but I looked up the area Chipotle willing to travel up to 20 minutes for the best one. This was the worst rated one within 20 minutes but it was closest and I opted for convenience instead. Then I got here and I'm like ohhh I know this place! Lol I read the reviews and it said they skimpt but you can see they didn't with my bowl. I've never had a complaint for this location and I go to Chipotle a few times a week all over CT as my vocation is driving for Uber. Eating this now and the black beans feel slightly undercooked. They could have given me a slightly larger portion of rice but I don't need the carbs anyways. I told them a tiny amount of cheese and they got it right! Many Chipotle tend to go too heavy on the cheese. They also gave a satisfactory amount of meat."
