I was able to make an appt the same day, no waiting and she (SANTA) took her time and did such a great job. I didn’t feel rushed, she was very precise and everyone was super friendly. "Welcoming and pleasant enough staff. Unfortunately, pedicure doesn’t last. Purchased full “pinky” pedicure. Would recommend going to a spa for comparable price and service. If going for basic pedicure (reasonably priced), may be for you. Cash only for tips was frustrating given ATM fees and no warning before arrival."

"A friend and I were in town for a wedding and booked with Pinky’s two days before we arrived. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and accommodating for Saturday appointments. Our appointments were at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:10 fully expecting to wait for our scheduled time. The salon is very clean, calm, and welcoming. There is an excellent selection of gel colors to choose from and we were called back for our appointments around 10:18. My friend got a gel mani and gel pedi, I got a gel pedi. My nail tech was very thorough, friendly, and gentle. My nails were beautifully done in 30 minutes and my friends mani/pedi was finished in just over an hour. On this particular Saturday there were plenty of customers in and out of the salon and we never felt rushed at any point. I chose this salon based on reviews from repeat customers that have been coming to this salon for years, and I can absolutely see why this salon is a staple in this community. I would love to return if I am ever back in this area. Manicure color is “It’s a Girl” by OPI Gel."
