"To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I called to ask if they do dip powder, and was told yes. So I made an appointment. However, they only have 10-15 color options... max. Ok, fine. I settled. But he was a little rough with my hands and didn't put down the sheer base powder, as I'm used to. It was obvious they don't have much experience with dip manicures. Then I found out they're $10 more than the place I've been going to. But the nail on the coffin for me was getting chips in 3 nails by the very next morning. Its 6 days later now, and most of my nails have cracked, chipped, of come off completely. They may do a good job on acrylic, but have a lot to learn on how to do dip powder. Never again. And definitely charge too much for the quality received"
"I’m so glad someone told me about this place. The owner was so welcoming and down to earth, I didn’t even realize he was the owner. He greeted most by name, which I’m assuming are regulars because they also greeted him by his name. They didn’t rush you out or rush you to pay like some places. I really love the way they did my nails. I had Philip and he was very knowledgeable about health and nails. Also about how other salons damage your nails. I had so many bad experiences in the past that I was scared to even get my nails done again. So glad this is the place I went. This will be the only place I go from now on."
"They scheduled me for 5:30 when they close at 6 and rushed through my powder dip manicure which chipped the very next day. Didn’t even cut my cuticles or anything. Very disappointing since I asked for an earlier appointment."
"The person I had did try his best for sure but my nails look longer than the other since I asked for coffin, some are too narrow than the other and look very chunky and thick. Plus the gel polish isn’t fully on so my cuticle area is not good"
