"Got worst set of nails I have ever gotten in my life and they didn’t even see anything wrong with them which is the sad part- nail polish all on my skin, uneven, and didn’t fill down to the cuticle. And on top of it they were such a rip off. Charged me $40 for a full set with gel polish- charged my mom $45 for just gel polish on her natural nails, no mani- didn’t soak or cut cuticles literally just painted them. should’ve never gone back there after the last time I went which was years ago when I got a pedicure and had gotten an infection in both of my big toes and had to go on antibiotics. It was just so ridiculous I wanted a refund and asked and they got so nasty with me so I gave an attitude back and another customer got up and came at me. One of the girls had to get in between us to prevent this random crazy lady from going at me because “I ruined her service” GHETTO east haven trash!!! If you want to get a good service definitely seek elsewhere this is NOT the place to go if you want a clean and presentable set of nails!"

"I went here on the recommendation of a friend. She told me I should make an appointment, so I did. Which is a good thing, because while I was sitting there a number of people walked in. My general request is usually hombre with a top coat of sparkles. Different places have done it with a regular gel or dipping powder. I often give them more than one try to figure out how they can best do what I want. It's usually whatever the technician themselves is most comfortable with. My technician was male. He did a decent job. The hombre is not as gradual as I would have liked, but he did a good job. He used dipping powder. I will go back in the future. And it was less expensive than I expected. All in all I would recommend to others. I was in and out in less than an hour."

"I’ve been coming here for a while now. The nails are so so great no matter who I go to. Although they are always pretty busy and sometimes behind with appointments it always seems worth it to me. They are all very caring people and make sure you love your nails before they let you leave. I will continue to go here. They impress me everytime. I recommend."
