"The owner is very nice however, I don’t think the other two women there were professional enough to be in her business. The lady that did my nails stained the nails with a black paint she had on her finger tips. Very cheap with the gold trim on the French manicure. Unfortunately I won’t be back there"
"I've been coming here for years and it was great. But, over the last year they jacked up prices and rush you through so they can get to the next client. I had a gel manicure 6 days ago and it's already badly chipped. I called and asked nicely if they could make it right, and she wanted me to come in that SECOND. Well, I don't have a babysitter so she refused to take me Monday. I offered to take photos of it now to show (timestamp would be proof). The owner hung up on me and refused to make it right, so I would not recommend this place at all. I'll be going to a different nail salon from now on."
"Grand Spa Pedicure, real fresh fruit and flowers.. Very nice service. We loved it."
"I've been going to this nail salon for years and have never in anyway been disrespectful to any of the persons working there. However I have noticed a disparity in how the owner treats Black women especially brown to darker skinned females. The owner is rude and makes snide disrespectful remarks to you whether she is providing the service to you. She over charged a Black female that paid by credit card and when the person came in with her bank statement and showed her the charge. She made the poor woman wait a significant amount of time while she did other clients. Then she said she couldn't reimburse her till her son came over to see even though the woman had proof. on one visit I asked to make an appointment for a pedicure two weeks from my current service. She was helping another client that happened to be White, this woman paid and made an appointment without having to pay upfront. So I asked why did I have to pay 1st for my appointment in 2 weeks. She saw I was uncomfortable with that and said nevermind. She's said comments to me very loud to me when I wasn't talking to her, but her daughter in law, who by the way has always been helpful. When I comment she begins speaking in Vietnamese to the daughter in law. She gets upset if you're not receiving full services from her meaning nails and pedicure. But I don't like how she does nails so the most I'll ever let her do for me is a polish change. Which she's outwardly upset doing. So although their pedicures are affordable I'm taking my money elsewhere where it will be appreciated and where hopefully I won't be discriminated against on the basis of my skin color. Everyone deserves respect."
"I've been going here for a few years but the staff treat certain customers better than others, my money is green just like everyone else's and I will not give any establishment my hard earned money and be disrespected. Today I went for a manicure and pedicure. The head lady ( who sits at the station when you first walk in) started my nails at her station but then told me her daughter in law would start my pedicure. Her daughter is doing my feet and then the head lady proceeds to do my full refill with design at the same time, I was the ONLY customer there and I had a scheduled appointment so idk why she was acting like she was in such a rush to do both services at the same time. I told her I would like her to do my nails at her station after my pedicure she then proceeds to talk about me in her native language and ignored my request. I told her she was being disrespectful and clearly she does not value my business..again she said nothing and kept doing my nails. I was very upset seeing I have been going there for a few years and clearly took it as she did not value me as a customer...shame on you! The salon is not even all that and it's raggedy, the only reason I went for so long is because of their prices but I will take my money elsewhere, there are too many other better nail salons and better nail technicians that will gladly respect my wishes as a paying customer!"
