"I just paid over $20.00 for a dried up cheeseburger with very unripened tomato on it and soggy tasteless fries. I thought I lucked out missing the lunch crowd then I realized the ripoff prices and knew why no one else was in there. I will never go here again and I'll spread the word about how bad it was. $13.00 hamburgs and $7.00 fries make you a greedy pig."

"Went in with my wife and daughter to order fries as a snack. 30 minutes later, still no fries. But plenty of other people got their orders which included fries. When I asked what the status of my order was, they said one minute and that was before I waited another 15 minutes and called them out on how crazy it is to wait over 30 minutes for just fries and how people who ordered after me got their food. Staff openly complain about management and no sense of urgency. Meanwhile, the staff shows no effort or empathy for not having a sense of urgency to make my order. Either way, it was a garbage experience. Never going back. Thankfully the fries were good but I would gladly take a refund instead to get my 30 minutes back. For a fast food restaurant, this was very slow, and it was 7:00 on a Sunday night with only 2 other patrons in the restaurant at the time I ordered."

"I asked for a clean scraped grille and to squeeze the grease out. This was after they'd just cooked a bunch and it was a mess. No one in the store either, I even pre tipped the staff. They gave me the two patties that looked so gross. I said I asked for a new one and they said "it's good" try it! 12$ burger and $3 soda plus tax and tip. No respect for $20 , they literally handed me trash."

"I ordered Cajun fries well done, had the cashier confirm she heard me because it wasn’t on the ticket. She talked to the fry cook, instead of getting well done fries I got someone else’s leftover fries from earlier, the soggiest most raw fries I have seen out of five guys. This was my final trip to this location."

"The staff was very friendly and energetic. The fries were delicious and the chocolate milkshake was actually chocolate-y. I took a picture of the fries because this was the "small" fry I ordered. I was very pleased to see that this was more like a medium or large order. This visit made me a fan and I'll definitely be making repeat visits."
