"Wild rice was uncooked and my husband cut his mouth. Missing ingredients, skimpy portions of vinaigrette. Less than a tablespoon of hummus in the hummus crunch bowl. Reached out to customer experience and did not get a response. Will not be ordering from this location again."

"Originally, I was not expecting much from this place when I was looking at what they had available from outside, but after I got my food I fell in love with this place. the music was warm and welcoming both from the outside and the inside and the employees there were very nice and polite to me ever since I first walked through the doors. and the food was out of this world as well. overall a great little experience to enjoy and lots of different foods to try. I ordered in person and sat down to eat and it was so good that I ended up taking another bowl with me back home!"

"While I feel like Sweetgreen has done downhill across the board, this location is particularly terrible. Consistently out of ingredients that you won’t find out about until you get your food. And the bowls are extremely skimpy and god bless if you go after 4pm. This place is barely operational. What a mess."

"There was a very loud women with dark hair screaming which freaked me out. Also when the guy gave me my Buffalo chicken salad, he burped in my face. I felt offended and am never coming back. The food was very nasty and I was so disappointed! Also the bathroom toilet had skid marks and was begging to be cleaned. I had to use the bathroom after your nasty food gave me diarrhea."

"Ordered a harvest bowl for delivery. It’s one of the most popular menu items at Sweetgreen. Bowl arrived cold (supposed to be warm, at least the rice) and missing chicken. How can you mess up the most common order? At least the app gives you a credit if you report a missing item."
