"Very disappointed in today’s service. I waited 50 mins for my big toe to be painted today after having the other 9 completed. I needed my right big toe to be even with the left, I was waiting for a tip to be put on. The associate took another customer and completed her manicure instead of doing my one toe, so I waited 50 mins for my big toe to be completed which took a total of 4 mins…. Quite inconsiderate; I would have left if I wasn’t wearing open toe shoes for a new year party this evening. Will not be returning."
"Went here with my partner and the nail technician cut her finger and also took 1+ hour to do her nails. Had her sit there with blood on her finger for 5+ minutes. When asked if she can wash her hands the technician did not understand. The technician constantly was wiping and re painting the nails because he couldn’t get it right. Very disappointed in the service."
