"Just dropped the rating from a four star to a one star. Went in for a quick wax and they burnt my chin They covered it with cream and oil very quickly. I thought the pain was from hair being pulled did not realize I had a burn mark until the next morning."

"I tried this nail salon out and did my nails on the 12th of October it’s now the 26 which means it just basically made two weeks with the nails but I lost two nails already I felt like this was to soon and went to let them know . The owner told me they come off in two weeks no no ! I’ve had longer nails in plenty of other locations but she said I needed a refill I told her no thank you. Not to mention my toes didn’t match my hands at all and decided not to complain bout that too. Just do a better job on how you talk to customers because I won’t be back. 2 weeks isn’t enough I spent 110 that day and for my nails to be falling off already is ridiculous."

"First time going there because I just moved around the corner, great work at first beautiful design matched what I wanted exact, but I went back for a refill last Sat after the full set they put on and now the nails are coming off and I have fungus my nails are green ! they are expensive also, not worth it do not recommend never in my years since I was 16 I’m now 45 have I had fungus on my nails especially from acrylic nails. Dirty equipment was used and I’m a very unsatisfied customer who will NOT be returning."

"I came in for a dip gel manicure and small white flower designs. I previously had SNS powder nails. Instead of soaking them off, the nail tech here shaved half off with a Dremel and ripped off the other half by shoving an extension nail tip in between the powder and my nail and yanking it off. This broke about 7 of my natural nails. Like legitimately broken, i was on the verge of tears. He shaved some of my nails down so much that they became paper thin and now bend in ways they shouldn't. I verbally said "ow" and he replied "oh it burns? Let me know whenever it hurts." He didn't shape my nails in any way or even actually gave me a manicure. He applied the dip gel right away and didn't even cover the whole nail. He put one flower, with random yellow, each on two of my nails and that was it. I had to ask one of the ladies in front to try to fix it and she reapplied the top coat of like three of my nails. This is easily the worst manicure i have ever gotten and my natural nails are now ruined. The pictures don't even show half the damage done. All for $60. It is going to take me months for my nails to recover."

"Second time going and Meagan did a perfect job on my nails once again. Salon is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Receptionist is very nice always greets when walking through the door. Both times I made an appointment and was seated accordingly didn’t even have to wait long"
