"Called at 11am on Tuesday to ask the availability. Tianna answers and when I asked if she had anyone for 5pm she said no but she only takes appointments. Here is where she had me confused. (I called to make an appointment for 5pm) so when I ask if I can come in at that time she changed her response to ‘I already have someone coming at 5pm’ I asked if there were any other nail techs available and she said no. Mind you I also called last week and again, she had no available space or any other nail tech available. Very unprofessional because I work down the street and pass by this nail place daily. I pass by and see there’s was one person in their shop not like it was crowded. Tianna picks and chooses her clients and that says a lot! Poor work ethic."
