"I have lived in the area for 3 years and drive by this nail salon all the time, but with COVID I had never made it in until today. I called and was able to get an appointment within an hour. Star Nail is a lovely little place. Clean and pleasant decor, a good selection of polish brands and colors, and reasonable prices. The soft and comfy massage chair for the pedicure was wonderful. There were two nail techs working and a steady flow of customers and phone calls for appointments during the time I was there on a random Tuesday afternoon. I am happy with my experience, the nail tech did a great job! They earned a new cusomter today :) Since Star Nail is only 5 min from my home, I will definitley be back for another pedicure, and next time maybe a gel manicure too!"

"My favorite place to pamper myself. It is 7minutes away from my house, plenty of parking. Call prior to visit to schedule you appointment. Hannah is very nice. The guy who did my foot spa was fantastik! , I like the way he massage my feet, clean and do the manicure. I also like the massage chair it is very relaxing. I am satisfied customer leaving a review to a very pleasant place!."

"I walked in around 4 PM on a Thesday and there were no costumers in there but me and my friend. Therw were 3 employees in there sitting on the couch doing nothing. I greeted them and asked for a full set of acrylics. One of the ladies looked at me for a moment and said “Um, yeah”. I did not feel very welcomed. After that two of the women started talking in chinese in front of me and my friend and then finally the women said “we have an apt coming.” And they all looked at us in silence. It was very awkward. The place was clean but their costumer service needs some work. Not going back."
