"Do not waste your time coming here it’s in a very ghetto area It’s hard to find parking I went through a lot just to park... I waited a whole hour just so they can tell me I can’t get service just because I have a medical exemption and couldn’t put a mask on my face they could’ve told me that in the beginning I was sitting the whole time without a mask! They are very passive aggressive and in their minds it was OK to bully me amongst other customers I did nothing wrong I said ma’am you have to buy law asked to see my exemption paperwork you didn’t even ask for that and she just kept saying sorry with no compassion nobody cares nobody gets it it’s against the law to do this if I called the cops they would come but I don’t wanna waste anymore of my time I already wasted an hour here I am not against the fact that she doesn’t understand she clearly is an ignorant woman but what you guys don’t realize is that by law I didn’t do anything wrong and I should’ve been treated with respect at the very least not bullied by other customers and then shamed publicly. If you require masks have a very large and clear sign on the door like everyone else"

"First I want to say that I am new to the area, I was very skeptical about going anywhere just getting my nails done based off me being so picky about my nails and the quality. I found this place and took a chance. My first time here was such a blessing! The owner is such a beautiful person inside and out!! She did such an amazing job on my nails and it was more than I expected!! I love her work, and how passionate she is about making sure that YOU get what YOU want!! Very much appreciate her welcoming me and being so sweet ❤️ P.S I brought my 2 1/2 yr old and 8 month old in and they were such a big help with making ME feel comfortable!! I am so coming back!!!"
