"Took a drive to check out their Westport location. If you love pasta then this is the place to go. Most restaurants pasta is a side dish but here it’s highly focused on. Not many restaurants make their own pasta these days but everything you have here is made here. The Gnocchettes are fried instead of boiled and served with their drinkable sauce. The sauce should be on the drink menu in my opinion. Their focaccia bread is a must with more drinkable sauce. I got the Duck Ragù as seen on Guy Fieri’s DDD. This dish was loaded with flavor and not what you expect, it’s a must try. I also got the “make your own” tiramisu which has got to be the tastiest I’ve ever had. If people were not in the restaurant I would have picked the bowl."
"In a word… “sublime”…. The 4 of us shared the eggplant parmigiana (cooked to creamy perfection) and the fried artichokes (crispy on the outside, generously salted) then moved to the signature truffle lasagna, rigatoni all’Amatriciana and tagliatelle Ragu -each was outstanding and subtly flavored. We also enjoyed 2 orders of the lightly toasted focaccia, the cookie platter, an affogato and lemon meringue tart. Even the drinks were significantly better than good (espresso martini, Pinot Grigio, Nebbiolo D’Alba, Spritz Aspide, Gavi). All of this didn’t come cheap but it was very much worth it! My only quibble is the casual ambiance, while super comfortable, doesn’t match the high end experience of the food and service. That said, I’d highly recommend!"
"Very pleasant new dining room, now with full service restaurant serving some delicious Italian dishes both their own pasta made in house and meats / seafood."
"Best place for fresh pasta! The new restaurant is top notch - unbelievable entrees with Michelin trained Italian chefs and run by a very sweet Italian family. You have to try the lamb and bbq short rib… and desserts. Honestly this was better than most of the recommended places in Italy"
