"You know 40 years ago when Burger King was the new kid on the block, they were unique. The concept of a grilled fast food burger was novel. Fast forward to today. The service is nothing to celebrate, the burger is now standard fair fast food. It's slapped together by someone that does not care. There was a time when going to a Burger King or any of its competitors was a less expensive alternative to a diner, but no more. A local diner offers a better value maybe not that quick stop but on a value quotient an equal."

"I ordered takeout and when I got home instead of the chicken sandwiches I ordered, I got wraps. Thanks BK employees ... I don't eat wraps and you are 20 minutes from my house so I won't go back. The store was empty, so I don't know how you messed up such a simple order. It's not the first time you've made mistakes but it will be the last. Stay away from BK Main Ave., in Norwalk."

"I regret to say that my experience at this Norwalk Burger King location was nothing short of terrible. From start to finish, everything seemed to go downhill very quickly. I placed an order online for pick up, which instructed me to come inside the restaurant. However, when we tried to do so, a man slammed and locked the door in our face, rudely telling us to go through the drive-thru instead. As if this wasn't bad enough, the same man then proceeded to let another customer into the locked door - completely ignoring us, and our request for assistance. When we eventually made it to the drive-thru, things didn't get any better. The staff were disinterested and distant, displaying no sense of hospitality or warmth. All they seemed to care about was getting our order out the door as quickly as possible. Even when we raised our concerns with the manager, they were indifferent and dismissive. Instead of offering a sincere apology, or even just acknowledging that we had experienced a poor level of service, they simply said "Oh well" and moved on. To make matters worse, the behaviour of the staff members seemed to have racial overtones; my husband and I were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and were subjected to looks of disdain and intimidation as we left. I find it appalling that such behaviour could be tolerated in a supposed 'professional' environment. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this Norwalk Burger King, and feel that the corporate team needs to be made aware of the unacceptable conduct that took place. If this is how the staff treat all their customers, then I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your fast food needs."
