Panera Bread

"The food was great, but the service was really slow. They didn't have a cashier for about 5-7 min. We placed an order at the self-kiosk because we didn't see anyone or anyone say something to us. In my opinion, they need to work at the customer service if they are busy, I totally can understand, but we were confused waiting for a cashier, we could use that time to order, then I ordered an apple juice, a sandwich, chips and a soup. Everything except my juice was on the tray, so I asked at the pick-up area, and they didn't know about my apple juice. They told me to go at the front with the cashier, she didn't know because again, I placed my order at the kiosk, she asked for my last name when I didn't give them my last name. Then, after giving her my name and last name, I explained to her that I was just missing an apple juice. She checked again with the pick-up area, and finally, she said, "Oh yeah, it's right there next to the cookies." It's ridiculous. I spent that long just for an apple juice."

"I’ve only been at this location twice so far and I’m a very early bird. They’re very quick and efficient and very very kind. I’m fully satisfied with them ay this location. I really appreciate your effort. Helped me with my refund because of a mistaken double transaction super fast and so kindly. The morning crew of the weekend deserves it all! Thanks!!!!"

"Absolutely the worst service. How can you place a simple order of Turkey chili in a bread bowl with ginger ale…. And get it wrong???? Two items. Got my chili. No bowl, no drink, 1/2 opened container. Just so sloppy. Prepared badly, and delivered even more poorly. If you can’t do delivery right, DONT DO IT."

"This is my go to place for soups, is definitely on my top 5 for delicious and nutritious soups. This Panera us definitely perfect for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. I usually get the soup on a bread bowl, and my favorite is Broccoli cheddar soup. Their sandwiches and flatbread pizzas are awesome too! If getting a bagel, try it with the walnut cream cheese, yum! Customer service is great, and very fast with the order. There is plenty of seating but I would not recommend it for meetings, it could get loud with so many people around. ***There is plenty of parking space."
