"besides my design being gorgeous. my cuticles and fingers themselves got super cut up with the drill, burnt me,cut me and got the polish stuck on my finger. will never go back, hoping i don’t get a staph infection. girl who cut me didn’t apologize and just kept going even when she saw me bleeding. prices were nice but not for the pain. i recommend elegant nails salon in westspringfield, prices are cheaper and you don’t get your hand all cut up."

"Asked for short coffin shape fresh acrylics. Was cut three times and woman doing my nails didn’t seem to care much that she hurt me. Usually I don’t leave reviews but these are SO BAD I couldn’t not. They’re all very thick and misshapen. I asked a few times during appt to fix things here and there but idk what happened. Can’t speak on other nail techs but whoever I got did not know what she as doing? Getting them fixed somewhere else."

"I had a 2:30 appointment, I got there early and was seated with an older gentleman. He was on a phone call for the first portion as he put on the nail base. After he hung up the phone he was nice enough but he kept filing the same side so much more than the other. He painted them but the color wasn’t strong enough and then he filed them again AFTER painting them leaving the scrape marks on the sides of the nails! I’ll admit I should’ve said something about how bad they were but I’m not confrontational and I felt like crying. I was supposed to get a pedicure afterwards but I skipped out on it after seeing these nails. I paid and left, never to return. I’m getting them fixed somewhere else."
