"I haven’t had a better experience in the area yet and they always do a good job, I appreciate the shoulder massages and my nails (powder) usually last me 3-4 weeks, if not longer. I usually do a regular color but whenever I show them a photo or ask for something specific they accomplish it."

"I really wanted to like this nail salon. The ratings and client reviews are plentiful online, but that was not my experience. I went to get a dip powder refill, and from the start, I saw the red flags, but I wanted to remain positive. First, I was disappointed that she used the drill to remove my old dip powder; I am not referring to the 1st pass before the acetone; I am referring to using the drill after she soaked them with acetone. She asked me if I wanted to cut my nails down and preferred shape, and I honestly don’t know why. I would not have agreed to cut them down if I knew she was going to file down the front after dipping them, and she didn’t respect my shape preference; some nails are my preferred shape, square, and some nails, she rounded my corners, on purpose. My nails look uneven in every way, shape, thickness, and style. She dipped the left hand 3 times and the right hand 4 times in the powder, and my nails look thick and unnatural. When I asked her if she could file them down some more, she whispered some reason why she thought my request was not a good idea. I honestly wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, I was not a fan of the final outcome or how I was treated. I will not be returning. The response below is an opportunity to demonstrate what I meant in my review, as it doesn’t address anything on this review."

"Super disappointed in my gel manicure. 3 nails have chipped and layers are peeling after 24 hours. This has never happened to me. Layers were applied way too thick. She tried to blame me, saying my nails were too short? Won’t be back."
