"Ordered 1 torta charra and it was better than expected. Between Chipotle down the street or this place. It will have to be this place every time hands down for authentic Mexican food and although the torta in used to are really big I couldn't complain the taste was there and it was filling. Will be back for sure."

"I never write bad reviews but I had the worst experience here tonight…I ordered my food and picked it up…one item was missing all together…I ordered the hamburger which was listed under their taco section so I assumed it was a hamburger meat taco but they sent me 2 burgers…i ordered the beef brisket quesadilla and what was in my Quesadilla looks like Chicharrón…I called the restaurant and told them what happen and the women I spoke to told me that I was wrong and what’s in the quesadilla is beef brisket…I told her it wasn’t and she kept telling me I was wrong..I asked for a refund and she said she would have the owner call…he called me back very quickly but also proceeded to tell me I was wrong…I told Him that the meat that is in it is a white meat like pork…and he said his pork is shredded…I said It’s Chicharrón that is in my quesadilla and that is not shredded…and he said “so its chicharron and not pork?” Chicharron is pork…he then told me that his Mexican beef brisket is cubed and a white meat…and I told him beef brisket is a red meat…the arguing continued…I never write bad reviews and I normally enjoy their food but the customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life…I was never offered a new item, not even an apology…just that I was wrong…I attached a photo of the so called “special Mexican white meat beef brisket”"
