"I can't tell you how the food was because everything looked delicious when I walked in I was so excited to eat I asked for American or cheddar cheese they did not have either that night. My only choices were provolone or Swiss I hate both of those so I didn't need anything and I was very disappointed. I don't know how American cheese is not a staple at a Jersey Mike's store. Regardless of the state that you're in."

"I will NEVER go back to this location. There were a few things that I did not like, starting with the sandwich maker. When I started to make my order he told me to wait, which was fine because he was in the middle of making another order but he did asked me if I was all set and ready to order, kind of threw me off. We asked if we could turn the purchase into a meal and he kind of nodded but we weren't sure if that was an answer or not... he just seemed fed up... then when they were going to wrap the sandwiches up, they were removed from the board and placed directly on top of the payment counter with NOTHING! underneath.. I don't want an apology, I don't want a message saying please contact us for more information.. I want nothing from Jersey Mike's.. I will NEVER go back to this location... DO BETTER UPDATE: I am deeply disappointed by the response to my comment, as it feels like an attempt to undermine my concerns and justify the employee's actions. It is disheartening that there is an assumption that I wouldn't know the difference between the "Sandwich Making Workspace" and the counter on which people pay. The employee's actions were evident when he removed the sandwich from the cutting board and placed it next to the register without any protective paper, and he did not change his gloves throughout the process. Such unsanitary practices at this location are concerning and require immediate attention."

"I’d just like to point out that my family and I frequent Jersey Mikes and love their sandwiches. However, this was the worst takeout experience and most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. This statement hardly touches the surface of my dissatisfaction with this experience. It was made completely wrong and it was as if the contents were thrown in a bun with no concern as to who would be eating it. The sad part is that businesses are currently competing for every customer that comes through the doors and with inflation as high as it is, small businesses are closing their doors because franchises have the financial edge. The team at this location can care less about the customer or the experience. I called to complain but no one answered; I left a message but no one called back. This Jersey Mikes used to be the best but a lot has changed. :( The manager replied to this review but when I reached out, never called me back. I went to another Jersey Mike’s. They made it right!!!"
