"Huge fan- Fred is top quality. As a foodie I wanted to try everything in the place and almost did. I ordered the turkey cranberry wrap and loved every bite - get this! The crab cakes were spot on and super fresh. I got some mixed granola for the next morning, which was fantastic and extremely convenient on the go. I had to go for some dessert too and got the chocolate mousse and a chocolate chip cookie - all delicious. I’d say the cookie might be the best in CT but I’ll let the people decide - has my vote. Friendly people working too! Very excited about this place!"

"We loved Fred! My husband and I live in San Francisco and stopped in for lunch while visiting family- we shared a turkey cranberry wrap, a crab cake, and chocolate mousse. All delicious! The turkey wrap was so good we wished we got our own! They even have gluten free options which I consider a win. Overall great experience."
