"I am so disgusted by the service received at this place. I made an appointment on Tuesday for an appt Thursday. They scheduled me no issue. I walked in on time for my appointment and was ignored, not even greeted for 5 mins. I finally had to say I had an appointment, can anyone help me? To which they all looked around like I was crazy. It seemed nobody wanted to help me and that should have been my first red flag to leave. Finally, after two of them going back and forth, one took me. She seemed very annoyed like I was an inconvenience. No greeting. No small talk. No acknowledgment that my hands were actually attached to a living person. Last I checked, that’s your job? Aren’t I paying? Perhaps find a new job if you don’t want to do nails. She proceeded to do my nails and kept shaking her head in disgust. Stopped a bunch of times to talk to the girl sitting next to her in Spanish. Which I speak. I heard and understood everything there were saying. Shame on you for this one. Just because I don’t look Spanish doesn’t mean you should assume I don’t speak it. These woman are horrible. So rude. No customer service skills. The girl doing my nails was so rough and was constantly yelling at me to relax. Ummm how can I? I wanted to get my nails done because I am attending a wedding this weekend and wanted to have nice nails for it. She cut my nails down to stubs. They are so wide and lumpy. The top coat peeled off on one nail already. And the cuticles are a whole other story. I have never felt so rushed and like I was an inconvenience in my life. And to hear them speak about me thinking I didn’t know. I paid for the service with my card which also annoyed them because the other girl she was speaking with had to get up to process my payment. Not sure why this was such an issue? I tipped although I wish I didn’t. I am now going somewhere else today to get my nails done AGAIN because these nails are not it. Please save your time and money and don’t step foot in this place. **Edit to add that by Monday THREE of the dip powder nails fell off. Sorry, but for $48 these things should last longer than a weekend! So disappointed."

"If I could give this place a big fat 0 I would. The lady that did my gel mani wasn't very polite and did my mani in 10mins. Nail polish all over my fingers and I had to ask the pedi girl to remove the polish. Even my gf was surprised how I was done so quickly. I got my nails not even a week ago and they look even more awful. I thought about going back the next day to get them fixed but I honestly never want to step foot in that place again."

"I wasn’t going to write a review about my experience but less than a week after my polish on both my nails and toes are chipping and I have a cut on my foot. The salon itself is clean however the staff is not welcoming. The person specifically giving me a pedicure was on her phone texting the majority of the time or would stop entirely to finish a conversation with another worker right next to her. For the price point you can find better that offers more and won’t keep you there forever for no good reason."

"Horrible experience and I never post reviews!! I asked if they did refills on artificial nails and was told yes ; the lady who did my toes did a good job but the woman who did my nails did horrible I had to tell her several times to reshape to clean the cuticles . The color is so uneven the shape is horrible and to top it off kept stopping to go talk to coworkers and show pictures ! I spent over 3 1/2 hours here ! And left not even happy . My nails are horrible and It’s upsetting I spent the money I spent and not happy with theses results !! I was excited since it’s down the st from my house but I’ll never return ! Not to mention everyone was offered water / wine and I continued to get poor service . I’m assuming they didn’t know I spoke Spanish and I heard everything and understood that was said . Would not recommend this place ."

"This is the first time I came here since it opened and I asked for a simple gel manicure. I got sloppy work and I was rushed out of there since there was someone waiting. She clipped the nails on my right hand but didn’t do the left hand. I asked for almond shape and every nail is a different shape. Some of my nails aren’t even painted all the way like the whole side of my pinky nail. I paid $35 without tax and a $5 tip for nails I need to now fix myself. Definitely disappointed and upset. All these good reviews are for the owner. If I ever come here again I will have to go to the owner only."
