"Can’t say enough good things about this gem. Everything was stellar, from the arancini to the pasta to the wonderful staff that seemed happy to have us there. Everyone wants incredible food, but when you add in great service and a welcoming atmosphere to top it off you get a wonderful place like Bianca."
"Disappointed. Many places call it an Italian place, and they should be ashamed for doing so. The owner may be Italian, but the food? NOPE! Appetizers are definitely good—nothing to say. However, the food isn’t good. Too much oil on the pasta dishes, and no protein. It’s pure pasta or pasta. Or if you order the protein as Entree, there is only the protein. Salads don’t have the option to order a protein as a side; it’s a pure salad. It's a cozy place with nice staff, but it’s a never-back."
"Place was packed, which is usually a good sign. It was a lot smaller than I anticipated, but it was very comfortable. I found out soon after sitting down that the place was owned by real Napolitani and their intention was to bring tastes of real Italy to Greenwich. The cocktail list was small, but the Bianca signature drink with lychee was incredible. The espresso martini was great too! The food reminded me of my Italian family’s cooking which to me is not easy to find! I ordered the Paccheri Amatriciana because they use guanciale instead of bacon or pancetta like the true recipe calls for. It was to die for! All pasta is made in house! To finish the meal, we ended with ricotta pie. If you want authentic Italian food, you need to stop by Bianca."
"Great authentic Italian spot on Greenwich Avenue. They have high quality ingredients and good recipes. I specifically recommend their mushroom tagliatelle with shaved black truffle. In addition their also have a lot of drink choices and a bar seating with a nice vibe. We keep coming back to this restaurant again and again for its atmosphere and the quality of food and service!"
