"We walk in and it’s absolutely freezing, order and everything goes fine besides the fact that they don’t have fajita veggies and the carnitas aren’t even shredded. We order and pay and go to get our drinks. They have no ice at all which means the drinks coming out of the machine aren’t even cold. Mind you it is still freezing but we had to eat inside because we were running errands. As soon as we sit down we had placed an online order for our friends so it would be done by the time we were done eating. It said it was going to be done at 11:40 and we finished eating our food and I had to go ask if it was ready yet and it wasn’t done until 11:50 so we are just sitting there still FREEZING and the food took 20 minutes. Don’t let me forget, the rice was stale, the cashier had bleach stains all over his shirt and the employees were yelling at each other. The guac was also browning in the pan. Awful experience."

"This is the second experience where I have ordered food to pick up and it hasn’t been ready and I’ve waited over 30minutes for my order. I was at the location on 11/16/23 and 11/28/23 and had to wait 30+ for a scheduled pickup. This establishment is extremely understaffed and management is not helpful. They were taking requests to have certain orders filled of people who were waiting will 10+ people were standing around waiting for there food. Management really needs to get it together and get this place running somewhat smoothly again. I will not longer be ordering ahead as it seems to take way longer than just waiting in line."

"Sadly to say these poor kids are so understaffed no management overwhelmed but the food still comes out good! Cmon management your ruining this restaurant waited 45 minutes for a to go order 15 people ahead of me waiting my pick up was 7:30 these poor kids were on 6:10pm orders! Pause on line orders til they catch up!!!!! Better than irate customers!!@@"

"It was my first time trying Chipotle. We had chicken al pastor, the new menu. Dine in. The chicken was tender and flavourful. Service was friendly but they need to work more on the cleanliness of the place. I suggest to do take out rather than dine in cause most of the tables are dirty and few of the clean ones were occupied."
