"Came here for the first time. The outside is a little rough looking but the inside is clean, the food was great and the people were very friendly. Definitely will go back. The only negative is there is no drive-thru."

"No complaints about food or service. It depends on the time of day and day as far as service is concerned. If they have the right amount of staff, things move along rather quickly. But most of delays are caused by customers that either don't know how to read a menu or walk in there not knowing what to order....and that can be very frustrating if the restaurant only has one person at the register. COME ON People!!!..at least know what you want before heading to the register. Don't call your BFF asking what to order while someone is is behind you that knows exactly what to order. The staff is very kind and patient to these people..so they get a plus for that."

"Customer service here is terrible. I ordered a 4 piece tender & the manager goes to the back and cuts up a cutlet. When i noticed i then brought the food back thinking that maybe it was a mistake. And he looked me in face & told me its the same thing. When clearly the menu says its different & the cutlet is cheaper than the tenders. Side bar : There is a couple good employees here, not all of them are bad. But he’s clearly a liar & he’s lazy."
