"Although I was greeted nice by the host. I asked for the more expensive pedicure. I advise the tech that I had a lot of dry skin and my nails cuticle needed to be taken care of. Also ask if they put foil to take out the gel polish. She proceeded to file my nail then She grabbed it put it on. But left it only about three minutes and then proceeded to file my nail, taking all the nail polish off regardless of what I told her my nail bed is very Weak so I cannot do a lot of file on my nails . It seems that I pay for the products of the pedicure because the service was horrible. She didn’t take my cuticle out or extra skin the built around the nail on the toe. She did a little bit, but not as that expected and taking off all that extra dry cracked skin on my heel. She left a lot of it. She did a poor job, even though I told her to do some more. Undermining my request, not speaking up, not saying or communicating with me I will never come back to this place I’m very upset, wasted my money and poor service"

"Yesterday was my first time coming & I wasn’t disappointed. They were all friendly… I was sat right away. I came for a full set, Tiny did a great job. She took her time with shaping my nails, which I appreciated because at other salons I feel as if they rush. I had a few questions & Tiny answered them all, she was very patient. I will be coming back! Edit: I came in for a fill about a week ago. Tiny was unavailable, so a guy started the process and another lady finished my nails. She didn’t get close enough to my cuticles with the polish, so it didn’t look fresh. It looked as if I still needed a fill. Also, before I came I called and asked the pricing on a fill with gel polish- they told me a price and then I came and got the service done & got told it was more than they originally said. If I didn’t experience a good visit the first time, my rating would be a 3. I guess it’s just a hit or miss on who you get when you come here."
