"The service is poor. The staff is not service oriented. We had to find the hostess after 10 minutes to ask where the server was. When the server finally came over she told us she was aware but “forgot”. Non attentive, zero personality and absolutely useless. We were weekly regulars and as of today will NEVER return. You’re only as good as the people you hire and in this case, each week has been worse. Too bad as we liked the food. Too many other places to patronize that actually care about the service they provide. Get a clue."

"The staff had a few large parties and were extremely busy but did an amazing job at prioritizing and giving us exceptional service, our bartender/server was Tara and she gave us flawless service with a big smile. The food was delicious, we got the crab cakes, arancini, fish and chips, fra Diablo and short ribs, the short ribs were my favorite. For dessert-the crème brûlée is a must have!"

"This was our first time at Fins & Tales. Decided to try it after reading some reviews. Glad we did! It is located in an older building with some beautiful wood work which adds to the ambiance. Started with the risotto cake, which my wife said it was the best she ever had. Our entrees were in-house made gnocchi and meatballs and parmigiana crusted haddock. Both were extremely good and the portions were spot on. Finished the dinner by sharing a brownie sundae that was to die for! One big highlight was the service and staff. Super friendly, informative and attentive! The prices were also very reasonable. We will be returning."
