"I'll admit that I came here on a bad day for myself, but WOW this is the worst customer service I've ever seen at a Dunkin. First of all, if you are actively helping someone at the Drive-through window, please don't answer take another order at the same time. I left feeling like trash because the lady opens the window and says "what do you want?" I know now she wasn't talking to me but come on... No attempt at being pleasant at any point during our interaction. Her statement was directed to the person on the other end, but when you're looking me in the eyes and say that, without any attempt to specify you weren't talking to me, or explaining after. Sorely disappointed. Teach the person running the drive through some customer service please. Or let someone else handle it."

"This place has many issues. Some mean workers and basically don't take pride in their jobs. You have a Indian woman who just is rude and doesn't listen, and then you have workers that don't give out things that are edible. For example, I asked for crispy hash browns. What I got was a hot mess thrown into a bag that doesn't look edible enough to give to a dog. Asked for bagel toasted light butter. What I got was a burnt bagel with enough butter to fill a tub. Asked for a frozen coffee with caramel. What I got was a frozen coffee, and honestly, I dont know what they put in it. Tasted bitter. HOW could anyone not care that much about their job. Just don't get this place and why my kids continue to want to come to this place. Your order is either a hot mess, never right, and you have to deal with rudeness ."

"The woman that was taking the orders at the counter was extremely slow and she was very spacy... it was like she didn't understand what was happening around her. But the woman that was taking care of the sandwich orders was very good at her job and polite."

"Went to drive through on Sun Aug 20 at1:20 PM; one person had people in front waited 6 min for one coffee . My turn and I heard "welcome to Dunkin' Donuts..static ...I said could I please have a small regular. She aggressively answered , " I told you to wait!"" I was flabbergasted that an employee would speak to a customer that way. I said , "I didn't hear you , but , never mind I'll do my business elsewhere." When I pulled past the window I said I should speak to your manager and she said, " go ahead I don't care." I wasn't going to be a Karen over a coffee."
