"Got my food in the drive through and they made the order wrong. They charged us for steak and put beef in(which gave me food poisoning the last time I ate it here) and then sat in the drive through a second time to get it remade and waited for 30 minutes just to get to the window and be told that they didn’t remake it and I have to sit and wait for another 15 minutes for it to be made as other cars in the drive through are passing by us. The line went from 10 cars to 2 because it was taking so long"

"Nice interior, and parking lot. The staff often neglect counter customers and mobile orders. The orders put up at the pick up counter are usually not labeled. This place could shine with more effort from staff."

"What are you all doing at this location? First, you short change my husband - so you've got people who can't count change running a register. Then you tried to short him my quesadilla - you have people who can't read a receipt. Now i'm trying to enjoy my nachos bell grande. You literally threw stale chips, a tsp of beef, a tbsp of beans and a whole cup cheese in a thing and put a lid on it. Don't these things usually come with lettuce and tomatoes? I think you should shut down the whole store, call all the staff in for an emergency retraining! Or perhaps start paying them for the work they do instead of giving everyone $15 an hour to sit around and pick their nose and play on fb. I'm done, we are done with this location. I'll pay more and go to Moe's or Chipotle from now on. I am not going to recommend any of the items at this specific location."

"We waited forever to get to the window in the drive through which was not a big deal. However, they then charged us for the wrong order and held my card for TWENTY MINUTES to issue the refund. In the meantime, a second worker came to ask us to pay for the wrong order again… They then took an additional five minutes to finish refunding my card and hand me the wrong order AGAIN. By the time we were given the correct order the food was cold, the Crunchwrap wasn’t assembled properly, there was no sauce included, the drink was sticky, and my power bowl was 50% sour cream with a hint of chicken. Keep in mind our order only had those three items. Do better."
