"This is the last time I waste my time here. And I drink a LOT of coffee. The manager that is in her 70s with white hair could care less about customer service. That's unfortunate bc the other workers were very nice. I had a problem with the app charging me but not sending the order. This is Christmas Eve, by the way. She said I don't care about your bank, all I care about is the dunkin app. The app didn't send my order, so I showed her it came out of my account. She told me it was my phone and my problem and walked away. Merry Christmas to you, too. Anyone could understand that you wouldn't want to pay 10 dollars for a coffee."
"Simple order. Toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and hash browns. Bagel arrived not toasted and hash browns were cold. I took it to go, so I couldn't go back."
"I’ve gotten stuff from this Dunkin before and when there isn’t a rush they do great. If there is a rush I would not suggest to get any coolatta since they don’t clean the blenders enough since I found little bits of coffee throughout the drink. I can taste the coffee if the background taste and I hate coffee (that’s why I get a coolatta). I would suggest having separate containers/blenders for your different drinks aka one for coffee base drinks and one without and then normally you also have one for dairy free. If a small business can do it and not loose profit so can a massive company"
"Horrible attitude from the employees. I stated my order and noticed that they didnt add whip cream to the order. I asked "did you get the whipped cream?" I recieved a solid "nope" then radio silence. I was lied to as well, being told if I wanted whipped cream on my latte that I'd be forced to pay for a Signature Latte, when in fact I just simply wanted whipped cream. Not whipped cream and powder and drizzle. Get it together."
"If I could rate this place- stars I would… now I have been coming to this location since I was a small child and this morning I went through the drive through ,as per usual, and ordered and payed was asked if I needed anything by the young boy (teens or early 20s) and I simply replied with “yes my coffee” only to receive an attitude and even got asked if I a woman “wanted to take this outside” over the facts I said don’t ask me a question if u don’t want me to answer. Idk where Dunkin is finding there employees but do better I pay a lot for a coffee and to get treated like that I should’ve just gone to McDonald’s"
