Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Ordered on the app + picked up in drive-thru...got home to find my $13 burrito was roughly the size of a credit card, and my son's kids meal was literally just a handful of cold cheese in a cold tortilla. Legit looked like the guy just grabbed a handful of cheese from the fridge, put it in a tortilla, and wrapped it up. This was my 2nd, and last, time visiting this location. There was literally 1 customer in the store when I arrived, so they weren't busy at all, and thus there's no logical reason, other than laziness, that my order turned out how it did. When I saw the appearance of my food I returned to the store for a refund. There were at least 6 workers in the store, with all but 1 standing around talking in the back, avoiding eye contact with me. When the cashier finished assisting the 1 other customer, he remade my order himself, and was polite. Whoever was working the drive thru last night (2/3/24) either needs more training or should be fired. Sucks to see how bad fast food joints have become the past few years, but not too shocking based on how lazy most of their employees are nowadays."

"My first time visiting this Chipotle location was yesterday, 2/4/24. I was looking forward to having chipotle at this Norwich location, however I was severely disappointed. Firstly, the customer service is lacking. A male employee who packaged our orders was very rude and unprofessional to myself as well as one of my family members who has special needs and requires a little bit more time than others to make a decision on what to eat. The place was empty when we came in (so we were not holding anyone up). After receiving the food and paying, I noticed that not only was the dining area absolutely filthy but the soft drink tap was coming out as straight water for coke, root beer, and lemonade. The meat was cold and I found multiple pieces of dark hair in my rice. I’m disappointed and concerned at the cleanliness of this location."

"The food here is prett good, like usual i like it! The workers are nice and are very good with portions (if you care), however the manager is not! He was very rude to me when asking about my subtotal. He gave me unneeded attitude and was not helpful whatsoever. other than the bad manager, pull up here"

"This has been a first for me. Bugs in my food. Really? Bug crawled out of my lettuce. I guess produce is pesticide free but it also means it doesn't get washed in the restaurant. This place needs a new manager that'll actually work hard and support better morals when it comes to food handling."

"Food is delicious. I ordered a kids quesadilla with chicken and the portions were amazing for the price, ONLY 5.80!! It is was pretty large!! We went 15 minutes before closing (I’m so sorry, I hate being that person) but the service was fantastic. The two women greeted us nicely and were kind the entirety of the time we were there. They also had every option still available when we got there. For only $14 my boyfriend got a huge bowl with a lot of food. That man never gets full but he still had a few bites left. If I could give 10 stars I would.!! Only complaint was the music was too loud, I felt bad for the employees lol hopefully they aren’t prone to headaches."
