Burger King

"This burger king is kept in nice condition, the food was amazing and it tasted good. I think this burger king deserves 4.5 stars instead of 3.7"

"On 11/12/23 I visited this store after placing an online order with my toddler son. When I arrived at the restaurant no one was at the register. After a few minutes a lady approached with an attitude yelling “You ready you ready what do I need”. She came off wrong, she should have apologized for making me and my son stand there with no one at the register. If she was having a bad day she should have tried her best to calm down and approach me with a pleasant attitude. I asked her if she’s okay because her tone was not appropriate. I proceeded to tell her what I came there for and she yelled I NEED TO SEE YOUR PHONE. I felt terrible especially with my son standing there and taking in all this behavior, attitude and energy from Luz. Everyone in the store began to look at her at that point even the workers were glancing to see what’s going on. I felt like I was a thug or did something wrong. That’s when I asked for her name she said it’s Luz and decided to write a complaint. When she gave me my order she covered the store # so I could not see it. However I can back in to get it and that’s when I saw the manger and had a conversation about her. She did not give my son a toy in his or nor did she ask us if we wanted condiments for or order. Luz was very unprofessional and should go through a training session on how to deal with customers with working under stress, when not working under stress and also the race of the customer. When I went in to talk with the manager I heard another lady complaining about her messing up her order also. The food was cold and the wrap I ordered was just t thrown together which made me and my toddler son experience even worst."

"Usually decent for a burger king. We always order ahead on the app. Food is fine, what you would expect from a burger king. The last two times we have gone here they have had us pull to the front of the building to bring our food out to us which generally takes 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if they would allow them to make the food ahead of time to avoid this as I imagine that is the problem. Last time we were took about 20 minutes to get to the restaurant from when we ordered and still got pulled up for almost 10 minutes."

"Best service of any BK ever! Was there on Sept 28 at 1130 am. Fish sandwich and onion rings were delicious and order was ready so quickly."

"The food was Fresh and correct. The staff handed me a crown and said I Rule. Added fun to my experience. But with these prices the king is broke. That was with a mobile code."
