"Great new local spot for breakfast, lunch, and prepared food! Great lunch or breakfast sandwiches at a great price. We stopped on way to Foxwoods which was convenient and will definitely be my go to spot. They also have seating inside and outside (with partial views of ocean). Overall I was really impressed with the food quality and options without it being pretentious or over-priced. Highly recommend !!"

"Stopped at T&B provisions for a breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint! The lightly toasted airy bread was my favorite part! The service was fast, the staff was very friendly and the dining area was clean. The prices are great, they also offer items to go and parking is available out front! Overall 10/10!"

"T&B’s is a new Informal Delicatessen in the Niantic strip mall. It’s very cute & the entire interior is brand spanking new. It’s very clean, has great natural lighting, plenty of indoor & outdoor umbrella patio seating & parking. I had the Roast Beef sub which was fine. The ingredients were all very fresh but they did not put enough horseradish mayonnaise so it was pretty flavorless & dry which was a drag. I expected a baguette & it was served on a sub roll which could’ve been fresher. It was $15- & the Deep River chips was $3.75. The total came to $20- which was pretty pricey imho but it was a large sub which I usually don’t order so maybe that’s why I had sticker shock. I wasn’t blown away by the sub. It was good but nothing special. The service was excellent though. The staff were very pleasant, polite, friendly, efficient & engaged. I will try going another time and ordering a hot sub…"

"Great new addition to downtown Niantic for a yummy breakfast, lunch or a growing selection of grab & go. I went there today for lunch and had an avocado toast. My husband had a salad. Friendly service and delicious. I hope they make a go of it."
