"Placed and paid for an order on the app only to arrive and not receive the order due to the restaurant only taking cash at that time. Spoke with a manager named Carlos who couldn’t even explain the situation or give me a reason as to why I couldn’t receive my already paid for order. He didn’t even know how to process a refund and I had to return back to the store at a later time to resolve said issue"

"Food is most always good and drive through line moves quickly. But today was the 3 time within 4 months that i have received expired product. Specifically chocolate milk, that expired 2 days ago."

"I have a bad experience every time I come here. Says on Google the company confirmed they were open 24/7 11 weeks ago even though they're only open until 11, which that isn't even true because every night they have customers waiting for a response at 10:45. Even when they are open the food is undesirable 9/10 times. You want a hot burger AND hot fries??? Good luck."

"Ordered my dinner for me and my boyfriend, which went through fine everything I had ordered was on the screen. Pulled up and paid thought it was a little weird that I wasn't given a receipt but continued down the drive through. Got my drink and was told to wait by the railing for my food. I wait about 10 minutes and I get my food only to realize I was missing one of my food items. I parked went in and told them that I was missing an item. The girl behind the counter told me that I didn't order the item and then started to argue with me as I had resigned my whole order infront of her and who I assume was her manager. She then handed me the missing item with an attitude and as I said thank you she rolled her eyes and called me a very colorful word under her breath. How can anyone be so rude and very disrespectful to your customers. How can anyone allow someone to work at a customer service establishment and be so rude. Some customer service."

"Careful. Kids working on Friday evening are sloppy. Didn't get my sauce for my nuggets. Got 10 packets of ketchup instead. Oh, and the best part was the long blonde hair entangled in my fries. My hair is dark brown. So tasty. What ever happened to the hair net requirement!?!?!? Nasty!"
