"Update: this Dunkin has seriously upped their game. Orders have been correct lately, and staff have been friendly and professional. The drive thru is generally quick, and food has been consistently good. Maybe the management takes reviews to heart, and if so, good job turning it around! Staff was very short and rude, and the food (bagel bites, omelet bites, and a sandwich) were all cold. This location doesn't seem to be up to the Dunkin standard. Too bad they spent no time on training and customer service skills while they were renovating!"
"Pretty good, the food is alright, but the food service is horrible. i asked for lightly toasted and its either untoasted or completely burnt. its its continuously like this! and ive ordered for years. the atmosphere is really the only good thing other than the coffee, its a great atmosphere and the new redesign takes the cake, if they work on the service then this could be way better!"
