"It was a very slow experience that should have been faster for a Saturday. They ran out of French fries. This was around dinnertime on top of that. Eh. I'm not trying to throw them under the bus. It could have been an off day."

"Placed an order on 12/29 15 min before close. Immediately received an attitude and was told they’re closed, we let the woman know we placed the order online and she said to cancel it. We tried asking how to do this and why they’re still accepting orders if they’re “closed” even though they weren’t even closed yet, then she refused to let us know how to get the refund and stopped responding. This was all through the drive through"

"my wife and i went through the drive through at approximately 10:00pm. i ordered a ghost pepper double whopper, medium size fries and a medium unsweetened tea light ice. my wife ordered a double whopper with cheese, medium fries and a large sprite no ice. food was not only correct but hot and fresh; it was made to order. fries were just taken out of the fryer, golden and crispy. i give this BK location 5/5 for food and service. we will return again soon. didn't rate atmosphere because we ordered via drive through."

"They should close this location. The service is usually slow and sometimes just rude. Today took the cake though. The employee was super nasty and raised her voice at me while I was at the speaker. Get to the window she’s eating food, on her cell phone, has her fingers in her mouth AND handling food. Basically threw the food at me eventually and said in a nasty voice have a nice day sir. I would have fired her on the spot for at least 4 things. Unreal. Never going there again. I’ll drive to the BK a town over if I really want it. And it’s sad because this one is an 1/8 of a mile from my house. THAT’S how bad it is."
