"Zamair and Akia were awesome! Very friendly and hospitable. They were out of the chocolate chip muffies and recommended the pumpkin and bluberry muffin! Thanks Akia! Zamair coming in clutch with the iced green tea too! Both were delicious! I can see that they work great as a team and were friendly to all customers! Love that high energy in this business! Will definitely be returning!"

"Went today for lunch ordered a you pick 2. Waited in line an some gentleman noticed in his to go order they forgot 2 sandwiches, lady making the food rudley turned him away an said "go over there I can't help you " . One of the ladies making the food had long hair over her shoulders an no hair net on . I got my order an my sandwich was missing as well , when I mentioned it to them the guy behind the counter legit threw it in my bag . Cuteeeeeee. I started eating my salad an noticed a very long hair in it . Yea I'm all set . I haven't been to Panera in a very long time an I most definitely won't be back to this location. Rudeeee , like if yall can't do customer service right go work elsewhere."

"They need more vegetarian options. The vegetarian options are very limited to maybe 4 or 5 menu items for the meals (not including bread and bakery items obviously) the resturant was very clean which was nice and although it was busy it was large so it was easy to find a spot to sit"

"What an absolute complete rip off. My wife and ordered a 1/2 sandwich and bowl of soup each for delivery via Door Dash. It came to $50 with driver tip. I thought it was a little expensive but figured the 1/2 sandwiches would be a decent size. I was wrong.... Both were maybe 3-4 inches long. One was literally thrown together with all the toppings falling everywhere and the other was toasted way too long. The chili was ok, but the acorn soup had a ton of seeds. Never again.... There are way better soup and sandwich places."

"What you get when you order a chicken club avocado sandwich. Minus the rotten black avocado I pulled off the sandwich and tossed in the trash. Half the ingredients missing , chicken stale and non existent. You guys really need to do better."
