"Very disappointed!!! This is the first and last time at Chipotle. The place is filthy. Trash and food all over the floors and counters. Beverage area was dirty, sticky, empty and no ice. Trash area over flowing with old food stuck between the back and the window. The food area and the view of the kitchen was gross too. Our online order was missing the chips and large guacamole so I had to go back in for it. When I got home with the order and we opened the containers the portions were so small and made incorrectly. They were missing what was ordered, veggie bowl didn't have veggies or the guacamole that comes on it. Order was also missing the queso. Unfortunately the quality wasn't good either. Food was cold and the rice was so hard. Guacamole was bland and the chips taste like they were fried in old oil. The worst $50 spent. Forget trying to call the restaurant to speak to a supervisor or manager thats impossible. We'll stick with Moe's!!!"

"What a terrible location. Will never be going back. This is a “chicken quesadilla with fajita veggies.” Veggies are not in the “quesadilla” that is very clearly a soft taco. There’s no on a chipotle vinaigrette on the side as ordered, the Sour cream on the side turned into sour cream all over everything, and no the veggies were not requested on the side. And to add insult to injury, the “quesadilla” was ice cold. Didn’t even bother calling, going to contact corporate directly."

"I dont like when the worker of Chipotle yawns right above the food he is charge to put in the plates. I mean that’s disgusting, when yawning people are gushing saliva from their mouth ewww. At least protect with the hand this yawn. I dont know but its not okay. The food was so so. Ordered tacos. Maybe I need to try on another Chipotle my luck and maybe it will be the experience nicer. Yeah and the staff also needs to clean their coveralls."

"SECOND UPDATE: Although I appreciate Michael K’s service and promise that proper portions would be served in the future, another manager on one of the following days was much less friendly about it. The burrito was maybe half an inch larger than my palm like the one in the previous pictures and she showed no care for how poorly it was made. I’ll continue to grab food for my girlfriend in hopes that the proper staff is working that day or evening, but I’m personally good on getting anything for myself at Manchester Chipotle. The prices do not reflect what you get and there’s no consistency. Radically different levels of service and food quality to keep this review at four stars. Still cleaner than the past. UPDATE: Michael K, a manager at this restaurant, did his best to remedy the situation and I really appreciated his effort. I can tell he genuinely takes great pride in his job/restaurant and the food they make there. Not only did he offer a refund for the original burritos, but he also assured me that there would be a change in the right direction moving forward. Our order was spot on this time with the right portions, and the restaurant was in better condition. Thank you, Michael—I hope you continue to do great work here. Original post: I’m not even gonna go into any detail about the unclean atmosphere and frequently mediocre service, or lack thereof, because these photos of the food speak for themselves. Imagine paying over $30 for this bulls… No this was not a kid’s size burrito, either. They do this at Manchester Chipotle A LOT. I’m almost certain this is how they’re trained to do it. My girlfriend loves this stuff and orders it frequently, but I’m not paying bogus prices for snack sized burrito bites."
