"The kid working there you could tell did not want to be there. He didn't greet me. I said hi first and he didn't say anything. Also very stingy with the toppings. I said I wanted lettuce on my sub and he barely put any on. I had to say I wanted more lettuce two more times to get enough. Is lettuce that expensive where you direct your employees to put only like a few pieces on? And on top of that, why the heck are you begging customers for a tip when they pay on the screen? Why would I want to give you a tip at a fast food Subway restaurant? This is getting so ridiculous with these stingy cheap businesses."
"This place usually makes a great sandwich, but it's closing at 9pm, I am there at 6pm & the cucumbers are not good & the lettuce is like 3 days old. It's not good if the vegetables are not fresh, the sub is incomplete."
"Went into the store not too long after the new menu change, three prices 6" ,foot long and super? I just wanted the $7.95 not the super $10.95. I ordered the right $7.95 foot long but they insisted on charging the higher price. Is this the new way for subway to make money? If so I'm out!"
"A new middle aged employee has been running this store for a few months now. He will take forever to make your sandwich, and not listen to you while he does it. There were four people in front of me in line, and it took a half an hour to get my food. Five people behind me in line left before he got to me. If he is ever working alone, I will not wait in line. Oh, and apparently he made one of my sandwiches incorrectly."
"Bad customer service. Avoid. I arrived there around 2 pm and employees were outside in front of the restaurant, smoking a cigarette. When they saw me opening the door I got a mean look from on of them, like "you are disturbing us". No greeting, just "what can I get for you?" In a tone like she was annoyed by my presence. Never coming back here even though it's convenient I rather drive across town to the one on Deming St where employees are friendly and don't make you feel bad for walking into the restaurant."
