"I rate this place well. I have had the double cheeseburger with the default toppings twice. Burger was cooked well and came in a nice aluminum burger pouch. I recommend tearing the sides of the pouch, folding the flaps down, and eating from it. The burgers have been messy. I don't take points away based on the messiness since I can eat from the pouch. I think this has been a great alternative to the big 3 fast food burger chains for a mall. Well priced."

"Beware of ordering from Liah at Burger Class. They upsell with add-ons, don't clarify extra costs, claimed my sandwich included cheese and bacon when it did not, and attempted to harshly persuade me into ordering a milkshake then larger drink when I only wanted a regular soft drink. Proceed with caution."

"Fish burger is not a burger but a thin fish pattie. Boba shake is not what is pictured AT ALL. It is instead a red slushy with popping bubbles. Not Boba. False advertising for sure."

"Do not recommend this place at all. My fish burger was undercooked and it was so oily looked like it was refried. The chicken sampler that they gave was good but the food is bad. They are understaffed and can’t handle multiple orders. And they charge for even basic cheese on burger. The spicy chicken burger was 2/5 and they never told there was bacon on it. Please avoid this place!"

"Absolutely Disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t even give them one star, first of all my burger was undercooked, the bag that it was put inside of was full of water from the undercooked burger as seen on the picture. The prices are outrageous I paid $32 for two burgers, fries and drinks, I could of sat in a restaurant for that price! Lastly the employees are extremely unprofessional, talking about personal things and saying curse words in front of my 7 year old son, I’ll never eat here again! The manager did offer to remake my burger but I was so disgusted I told her no I was already turned off. I simply asked for my money back and she refunded me for just my burgers instead of the entire meal."
