Panera Bread,

"On this Friday night, my family and I did what we have done dozens of times before at this Panera and ordered a bowl of broccoli soup, a mac and cheese, and a salad on the app. It said it would be ready in 10 minutes, which was 6:40. I got there at 6:40, and saw my name on the rapid pick screen. It said order ready, but there was no to go bag. I asked the people in the kitchen when the order would be up, and they said it was ready, but nothing was there. Then they said 5 more minutes, and then it was 32 more minutes. In the meantime, 5 teenagers came in and ordered food after I got there, and I asked the manager why it was taking so long. And she said because they got really busy in the dining room and those orders come first before the to go orders. She really didn't seem to care. Meanwhile her and the kitchen workers seemed to be having a great time, laughing and joking, abs a few just standing around. I then saw other customers who came in 10 or 15 minutes after me getting their to go orders that have come up after mine on the screen. At this point, the teenagers received their 5 meals and left. Finally, at 7:12, I received my food, but not really... I checked the bag, and the bowl of broccoli chedder soup was missing. One of the cooks helped me. Upon arrival at home, not even 5 minutes away because I live right in town; we discovered the Mac and cheese was ice cold. The soup had no cheese in it at all and was like water. And my salad was missing blue cheese and had very little chicken in it. I really felt like this was just a huge rip-off and a waste of time. My family and I are thoroughly disgusted with the management of this restaurand, and will not be back again."

"Panera has gone downhill so quick over the last few years. The food is three times as expensive as it was and not even half as good. You’re better off going to McDonald’s it’s cheaper. I also have to say the staff is very rude there. I picked up my order the other day the girl just put her hand out and didn’t even tell me how much the order was Customer service nonexistent here"

"I typically love Panera’s good and service, however this store is a nightmare for the brand. There were 5-6 employees working when we arrived. We were the only people at the counter and it took over 3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The dining room is filthy (floor, tables, even the fireplace), and the employees barely interact with customers. We ordered hot chocolates, they came out a light cream color and they tasted like hot milk. This place is an absolute mess"

"The most disgusting Panera. It is very dirt, they barely clean de floors or pick up the trash. While you pay, you can see part of the kitchen and it’s very dirty, disorganized, gloves, napkins and food all over the floor. Unfortunately, It not an “one-day” issue only. I frequently go to study as a love coffee shops to be focused and I always get a coffee, but I would never eat food there. I can’t imagine the cleaning protocols. The ladies bathroom is always very dirty too. I went multiple days in a row to study and the hand soap machine did not work. Again, I can’t imagine the cleaning protocols. The staff is nice and are mostly young or college students, which is totally ok. Who is responsible to make sure the atmosphere and the place is clean is the manager."

"People working were very nice. However there was a nasty smell near the soda machines and quite a few flies all around as I was eating. It just didn’t feel clean or appetizing. Not posting to be rude but hoping somebody working there sees this and improves the cleanliness of the restaurant."
