"The one star is for the kitchen and the to go ordering, whats the main dish they serve, chicken just about every time we get a salad with chicken its messed up wrong flavor or burnt, and sometimes had hot chicken put directly on salad knowing its to go. My wife likes the salad there, I would recommend getting at restaurant not too go. And check your food before you leave, that is someone being lazy and not caring."

"Edit: I reached out via email immediately when instructed to do so and still have not heard back. My friend and I ordered take out a few weeks ago. We made it very clear over the phone of my dietary restrictions/allergies (gluten free, not by choice). I ordered a salad with an extra side of dressing and no croutons (due to my allergy). The salad had croutons in it and no extra dressing, although I was charged for the extra dressing. My friend called about this. The manager said there were new staff and offered to have a new one made. We declined since we were already home. Then, all that was offered was a restaurant credit for the cost of the incorrect order. Allergies/dietary restrictions need to be taken seriously and the customer service needs to be better."

"Omg love this place, the vib and how spacious it is the only thing that sucks is the parking lot so many pot holes everywhere but other than that they have a view by the windows and also wheelchair ramp, pool tables and a bar area. Now let me talk about the food and drinks yum I got this cocktail drink it was so delish and the food was amazing and hot and fresh."

"Sunday afternoon. Table for 2. No wait for a seat yourself seat. A friendly server greeted me within a minute of sitting down. Love the atmosphere and decor in this place. Wood and black pipe industrial. They had games and a pool table here as well. I asked for cajun dried rubbed Wings and some fried pickles. My son ordered a burger. Food was out in a very short time. Fried pickles and wings were nice and crispy. Both with a tender,juicy interior. My son enjoyed his cheeseburger. I really enjoyed the view as well overlooking the CT river."

"We order from The Hanger at least once a week. Most of the time, the food is excellent, but there have been multiple occasions over the past few weeks when the wings have not been up to their usual standards. The first time they dumped so much sauce on the box that we couldn't tell the difference between the flavors we ordered. Last night, the wings were terribly overcooked. The picture below is an example of a perfect order."
