"The Glastonbury store is a total disaster. Today no utensils and we were told after we ordered. The place is a mess, employee wandering around in the kitchen on his phone. Sodas don’t work correctly, frozen drinks aren’t in operation. This place is high risk disaster every time you go in there. Don’t do it!!! Don’t go there!!!"
"Worker do their best to give costumer food, I think people don’t understand that sometimes there is a understaff in the restaurant, and that be maybe because no one what’s to work at a fast food. Let me see the people that complain of the food not ready I want you to cook for over 200 costumer a day and to be the only one at the grill. Other think this people are kind enough to be standing up to annoying and unappreciative costumer I’ll definitely eat here no matter what people say about it."
"I’m so upset and disgusted. I ordered a veggie rice bowl on 9/18. Picked it up everything was fine till I was feeding my daughter some and she began to CHOKE on a piece of aluminum foil they left in my bowl !!!!!!!!! I tried calling them to see how we could rectify the situation but no answer. I highly disappointed and will never come back to Chipotle . My daughter could have literally died because they’re negligent if I could I would rate them -10 stars."

"Stopped in for lunch. My cashier was in training and didn’t quite get my order correct but it’s all good. Pretty pricey, but never a disappointment so I feel like it’s worth it. Nice vibe and clean facility."
