"Extremely disappointed in the change of recipe for the white chocolate cookies….you literally served the best cookie in the world, that I had ever had and I was addicted to those things but for some strange unknown reason you’ve changed the recipe to the most boring average white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I could get anywhere. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I hope you change back."

"The food was lovely as it as at any other location but all 3 employees on the floor were really upsetting. One did not even bother weighing my meat before throwing it on the sandwhich and seemed very miserable and to rush me, and 2 other workers seemed upset like it was such a grueling task to just give my partner some extra sauce on his panini. My sandwhich came out cold and I had to ask then to cook it more and they made the situation feel hostile by asking for them to fix the mistake. It gives the vibes they just want a paycheck and dont know anything about customer service. I was really polite to them all too :( mean service. I hope these employees can be retrained on not only standard for making paninis and customer service. Alot of employees have no idea how their treatment affects us customers and our day."

"The food is pretty solid! Its a great option beside regular fast food. The price is okay but a medium panini was filling. I got the caprese and it was great! I love the options for customizations. Some of the staff was very dissesntrested, but one crew was very nice and attentive."
