"Waited almost an hour for food. Didn't all come at once. Forgot my kids milk and utensils. Staff was more focused on groups of guys and flirting. I understand it's a sports bar as well but it was a little much when it's advertised as kid friendly. Food was ok"

"Had a Baja Burger "in the grass" (no bun) with a side of chips and a pineapple cider. Honestly pretty good burger and excellent service. Would definitely come back again. A bit pricey but not unreasonable."

"The Plan B Burger Bar is a burger joint in Springfield, Massachusetts and located inside the same complex which houses the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. We arrived at approximately 12:15 p.m. The establishment was moderately filled, and we were seated immediately. In addition to fresh, ground black Angus beef burgers, one can order veggie burgers, chicken or fish sandwiches, mac and cheese dishes, and more. The restaurant has a bar filled with wine, beer, and bourbon. I chose the Breakfast Burger, which consisted of bacon, Jack cheese, fried egg, and spiced maple aioli on a croissant bun. The croissant was fresh, the bacon thick, and the egg had a lot of yoke dripping off the burger. Another delicious choice was the Bacon Cheese, which included bacon. American cheese, caramelized onions and garlic mayonnaise. Each dish came with a cup of tasty french fries which can be switched with organic mixed greens. After building up an appetite walking through the basketball museum, Plan B would be an excellent choice to satisfy it."

"Starting off with the food, it was all very ordinary. Nothing special about the menu. The gluten free bun was horrific, drier than the Sahara desert and broke apart easily like my last marriage. The burger itself didn’t have much flavor, and seemed very overrated! Our server was new, which she did warn us about, but called me “my love” in front of my fiancé. Thankfully my beautiful fiancé is understanding and this did not create issues, but the unprofessional language used was disturbing. Hopefully she learns what and what not to call customers. The atmosphere was nothing special, just loud music and weird light fixtures with the wires hanging down the side. I would not recommend spending your money here"
