"I visited Wendy's with the intention of enjoying a quick meal, but what I encountered was anything but enjoyable. I ordered a $6 Biggie Bag and an extra burger, costing me $10.29 in total. After paying, I was instructed to pull forward and wait for my food to be brought out. As the minutes ticked by, I watched car after car receive their orders and drive away while I was left waiting. After a frustrating 15-minute delay, I decided to go back through the drive-thru and ask for a refund, explaining the situation and expressing that I no longer wanted my food. Unbelievably, I was told to pull forward and wait again – this time for another 15 minutes, just to receive my refund! When they finally brought me my refund, they only gave me $9.56, not the full amount I had paid. By that point, I was so exasperated with the situation that I refused to waste any more time and simply left. The lack of organization, consideration for my time, and even the inability to correctly process a refund was astounding. The service I experienced was horrible, and I left feeling completely disregarded as a customer. I can't recommend this Wendy's location to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. The wait times were unbearable, the lack of communication from the staff turned a simple fast-food run into an incredibly frustrating experience, and the incorrect refund was the final straw in a thoroughly disappointing visit."
