Wendy's

"This location is in a safe area, ok atmosphere. My issue with this place is the rudeness of the person at the drive thru. Went at about 12:30 am to claim a free frosty with my order when I have a valid frosty tag. The drive thru attendant was rude and refused to give me the frosty claiming that the place was closing in 10 minutes when the place actually closed at 2 am. When confronted on this, he reasserted his claim that he was closing up. I will not be returning here to this Wendy’s during the late night ever again."

"I do deliveries for one of the major online food delivery options. I frequent many restaurants obviously and I'm happy to say the Silas Deane Wendy's is top notch. Keep up the fantastic work please!"

"As a Military veteran I always enjoyed going here. Until Today, I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food as usual. I drove up to the second window to pay for my food and received my order. The shift supervisor or manager was the one that took payment and gave me the order. As I checked my order I realized she gave wrong order. I parked my vehicle and went in to get my order corrected. When I walk in and up to the counter I listening and watching the same person talking ill about me as a Costumer. As soon as she realized it was me at the counter, she quickly went away as if embarrassed that I heard her talk Junk about me. She doesn't even know me to be talking like that about Costumers. I'm very disappointed about this experience and don't recommend going here to this location at all. Corporate Wendy should be doing something about this particular shift manager. she had 3 other employees as her audience, what a shame."

"No changing tables in restrooms and overall dirty and run down appearance. On a family trip so this was no good! Surprising as Wendy’s are usually reliable"

"This Wendy’s location is usually pretty good. I tried their new pretzel burger the other night and it was actually pretty good, I’ve gotta say. Very filling, you actually won’t even want to eat the fries after you finish it. The price is a bit much for it, though."
