"They are worried about the drive thru orders that they don't care about the ppl that are actually in the restaurant trying to order food literally waited 20 minutes for 2 pies and a medium fry just to see the employee put my pies in the bag for a drive thru order and tell me I can either get my money back or wait the attitudes they have suck"

"Unfortunately for local residents of Windsor, the manager of this fast food restaurant is completely inept. The employees? Don't ask. They'll give you the wrong order, and then they'll ask you for a receipt to prove it. Go get a bag of chips instead of coming here or drive to another McDonald's with competant employees."

"I grew up here. This was a local McDonald’s my whole life.since the new owners I have only been there twice, and I will not ever return. This last time, my kids and I got violently ill less than an hour after eating. Our food was lukewarm. Some of it cold, my burger was completely wrong, One of my kids ordered extra french fries in their happy meal the other one Ordered regular french fries and apple slices. They both got extra french fries and when I asked for the apple slices, they took my box back after I had touched the french fries, Proceed to dump the french fries back into the french fry thing Gave us the smaller fry and the apple slices. My child’s burger was barely wrapped up. Also, both of our burgers and my McChicken were in egg McMuffin wrappers?!?! When I ask for extra ketchup, I am given three packets.. When I asked for more, she gave me one With an attitude. The time previous to this, our food was cold and completely wrong, but we were in a hurry. I want to send the health department here, this McDonald’s used to be on point With the previous owner and crews."

"Ordered a burger with no pickles and onions and pulled up to window. Guy asked me to pull into spot two and the food would be out in two minutes. Took 14. 9 minutes into waiting a girl comes out and asks what we're waiting for. Seriously? Fries were also unsalted. We need a new fast food place near here."

"I usually love McDonald’s and frequent it. I am also an ex employee so I am understanding. All that said, I went to my local McDonalds tonight and my cheeseburger had no cheese on it, the burger patty was charred and it lacked the extra pickles I requested. My cookies were cold and hard, not warm and fresh like they usually are. My sweet tea tasted like it was unsweetened tea with 25 pumps of liquid sugar in it. I will say the fries were on point."
