"My wife and I went in this morning and she ordered a bagel sandwich. I didn't order anything. After 30 minutes, her bagel sandwich hadn't even been started. We asked at the counter and they said it would show up on the screen. It never showed up on the screen. It took another 5 minutes of arguing with the manager to get her money back for a bagel sandwich that was never even started. Avoid this restaurant."
"COLD soup not even filled to top…. Extremely bright lights….almost no chicken in my sandwich! No fireplace at this location and 69 cents extra per item like onion and feta to not be put on my sandwich…. Horrible service."
"When you order a "BOWL" and pay more you still receive a "CUP". Very frustrating. Has happened so many times I think it's time to boycott this location."
"I wanted to wait to give Panera in Enfield Ct an honest review. I've been going there for 2 years now. I ordered a caramel latte and there was no caramel in it and the ice was melting. I was on my 15 minute break and couldn't go back. I went back a couple hours later to have them give me a new one. I explained my situation to the manager there and he gave me an attitude. He then remade it for me but didn't make it right again. I was in a rush so I ran home for lunch then went back to be reimbursed. The manager did not want to reimburse me. He told me he has been making lattes for five years and was making them the Panera way. If he had known what he was doing then why didn't my caramel latte have caramel in it. Today I ordered my espresso ahead of time to be sure it would be ready in time for my 15 minute break. I was notified that it was ready and waiting for me. I went in to get it and saw the manager that previously gave me a hard time. I used the bathroom then went to grab my espresso. It wasn't on the counter. I saw the manager and he was talking to a coworker about me. I asked for my espresso and he lied and said it was never on the screen and took his sweet old time pouring my espresso. If it was never on the screen then why did I get a notification saying it was ready. He deleted it from the screen. There's tons of people that need jobs. Panera needs to find better management and let him go. Managers shouldn't be arguing with the customer. They should fix the problem and that should be the end of it. I spend alot of money there to be treated so poorly. The woman barista there however is awesome and knows what she is doing. The tall guy with dark hair is awesome too. You should make her or him manager and demote the other manager with glasses. He should not be allowed to interact with customers."
